[gPXE] Problème de détection \"iSCSI\" (Openfiler)

Mon but : installer ESXi en iscsi
Le petit tuto
ici
Mais cela ne fonctionne pas... pourtant, me semble être bon dans la configuration.
Le démarrage se passe bien, carte réseau détectée. L'installation se lance, mais aucune "target" visible...
Voici les éléments utilisés :
syslinux-4.02
Création de l'image PXE
ici
TFTPD32 (modification du fichier ini)
Code : Tout sélectionner
onNumber1=67
AddOptionValue1=gpxe.pxe
AddOptionNumber2=17
AddOptionValue2=iscsi:192.168.XX.199:tcp:3260:0:iqn.2006-01.com.openfiler:ESXi
Test réalisé sur machine physique, car ai rencontré des problèmes sous l'environnement VMware...
Si l'un d'entre vous à le temps de tester...

Essaye d'abord ton côté.
Te faut deux machines (physiques ou virtuelles). Une pour le DHCP & l'autre pour l'ISCSI.
Mais pour la phase de test (démarrage en gPXE) utilise une machine physique.
Toi étant équipé de Windows 2K3 serveur, te reste cas installer Openfiler & configurer le iSCSI.

Suffit d'ajouter une nouvelle VM à ton ESXi.

Ta VM Linux c'est Openfiler ? si oui, pense à configurer le iSCSI.
Puis le DHCP...

Comme ça que l'on apprend.
1. Télécharge Openfiler
ici
x86 ISO Image (x86) Installation ISO image (x86)
2. Lance VMware Infrastructure Client.
3. Ajout de cette iso dans le datastore.
4. Création de la nouvelle machine virtuelle (Other 32 bit).

Edit : pour information, la console d'admin de openfiler est accessible en https (port 446) log : openfiler / pwd : password

Non, il ne s'agit pas du même. Le tient correspond au compte root (interface en ligne de commande).

Il te faudra aussi configurer le iSCSI via openfiler.

iSCSI target = serveur
iSCSI Initiator = client
