Et bien la question est dans le titre.
Le mandat cash a été posté mercredi matin et il n'a toujours pas été reçu.
Est-ce normal ?

avec la poste faut etre patient , j ai un colis 48 h partie , il 5 jours , il est arrivé hier ...
