Cablage ventirad HP

je voudrai mettre un ventirad autre que celui d'origine (dont je ne possède qu'une seule pièce) sur un HP XW6400.

La prise de la carte-mère a 5 pins et le ventirad que je souhaite mettre en a 3.


Comme les fils du connecteurs ne sont pas différenciés, je ne sais comment le connectuer 3 pins et si ça marchera.

The sequence for the wiring is 1 thru 5, with 1=ground, 2=+DC, 3=RPM sense (these first three are just like in a three wire fan with rpm sense capability). Then comes the PWM wire as 4. Then comes the presumed second ground as 5. It surely is ground in the xw6400 and xw8400 workstations, given that there is a jumper wire from 1 to 5. The green wire you see in the pics seems to go to that #5 pin socket, and the other 4 pin sockets seem to have double wires coming down into each, just as you would expect. Not sure what that green wire does without one of these in my paws.
